These terms cover your use of hellomarigold.co and the free consultation we offer through it. If you become a Marigold client, a separate service agreement covers the work itself and takes precedence over anything here.
Marigold is owned and operated by Tammy Stein, Sammamish, Washington.
Marigold runs client reactivation campaigns for med spas — text and email outreach to a practice's own past clients, sent on that practice's behalf and in its name.
When you book a consultation you agree to give us accurate contact information. Either of us may reschedule or cancel a call. Booking a call creates no obligation on either side.
By giving us your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from Marigold about your scheduled call and about the services you asked about. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may change or end our messaging program at any time. How we handle your mobile information is described in our Privacy Policy.
The estimates on this site — including anything produced by the calculator — are illustrations based on industry-typical figures. They are not predictions or promises. Actual results depend on the recency and quality of your client list, the offer you choose, and how quickly your team responds to replies.
Marigold does not guarantee any specific number of bookings, replies, or revenue.
If you engage Marigold, you confirm that the people on any list you provide are your own past or current clients and that you have their permission to contact them with promotional messages. You are responsible for the accuracy of that confirmation. Full terms are set out in the service agreement you'll receive before any campaign begins.
Any client list or material you provide remains yours. We use it only to perform the services you've engaged us for.
The content, design, and materials on this site belong to Marigold. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking.
To the extent permitted by law, Marigold is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from this site or our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding three months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page will change when we do.
