Is it really free? What's the catch?
Really free, no catch. I run a 14-day pilot on a batch of your lapsed clients at no cost, and you keep every booking it brings back. I'd rather earn your business by proving it works than by selling you on it. If it doesn't deliver, you owe me nothing.
How much work is this for me?
One export from your booking system, a few business details so your texts can be registered, and your approval of the messages before they send. That's your side of it. I build and run the whole campaign under your practice's name, and your front desk simply books the clients who reply.
Do I have to switch my booking software?
Not at all — keep everything exactly as it is. I work on top of whatever system you already use, and the bookings land right back in your existing calendar. Nothing to install, nothing to learn.
Is my client information protected?
Your list stays yours. I use it only to run your campaign, I never share or resell it, and I never reach anyone who isn't already your client. You confirm your clients have agreed to hear from you, every message carries a one-tap opt-out, and we can start with a small segment so you're comfortable before sending the rest.
What happens when someone responds?
Your team is alerted straight away, and the client gets your own booking link so they can pick a time in the system you already use. I handle the outreach and the follow-up behind the scenes — your desk only sees the people saying "yes, book me." The moment someone replies or books, the messages stop.
Do I need to understand texting rules or registration?
No — I guide you through it. Carriers require every business sending texts to be registered under its own name, so I'll ask you for a few business details and walk you through each step.
