Who we are

Marigold is a client reactivation service for local businesses, owned and operated by Tammy Stein in Sammamish, Washington. This policy explains what information we collect through hellomarigold.co and how we handle it.

Information we collect

When you book a call or contact us, we collect the information you give us:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your mobile phone number
• Your business name and the booking software you use

We do not collect your contact information any other way, and we do not buy contact information from third parties.

How we use it

• To confirm and remind you about calls you've booked with us
• To follow up about the services you asked about
• To keep our own records of who we've spoken with

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site — how many people visit, which pages they read, and whether they go on to book a call. It sets cookies in your browser and records your approximate location, device type and how you arrived. It does not tell us who you are, and we do not combine it with the contact information above.

You can opt out across all websites using Google's opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.

Text messaging

If you provide your mobile number when booking, you may receive text messages from Marigold about your scheduled call — a confirmation and reminders — and follow-up about the services you inquired about. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Your use of our text messaging is also governed by our Terms of Service. The booking form on this site links to both this policy and those terms.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — our scheduling and messaging platform, our email provider, and our payment processor — and only to the extent they need it to do that work.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Client data

If you become a Marigold client and provide us with a list of your own customers, that list remains yours. We use it solely to run the campaign you've engaged us for, we never share it or use it for any other client, and we delete it on request or when our engagement ends. Full terms are in our service agreement.

How long we keep information

We keep your contact information for as long as you're a prospect or client, and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. If you opt out of text messages, we keep a record of that opt-out so we can continue to honor it.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them
• Use the unsubscribe link in any email
• Opt out of analytics using the link in the Analytics section above
• Email us to ask what we have about you, or to have it deleted

Security

We use reputable, industry-standard platforms and limit access to your information to those who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care with what you give us.

Children

This site and our services are intended for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
