Marigold is a client reactivation service for med spas, owned and operated by Tammy Stein in Sammamish, Washington. This policy explains what information we collect through hellomarigold.co and how we handle it.
When you book a call or contact us, we collect the information you give us:
We do not collect this information any other way, and we do not buy contact information from third parties.
If you provide your mobile number when booking, you may receive text messages from Marigold about your scheduled call — a confirmation and reminders — and follow-up about the services you inquired about. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with, sold to, or rented to any third party, affiliate, or lead generator, and this information will never be sold.
We share mobile information only with service providers acting on our behalf — our messaging platform and phone carrier — and solely to operate the messaging program.

Your use of our text messaging is also governed by our Terms of Service. The booking form on this site links to both this policy and those terms.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — our scheduling and messaging platform, our email provider, and our payment processor — and only to the extent they need it to do that work.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
If you become a Marigold client and provide us with a list of your own customers, that list remains yours. We use it solely to run the campaign you've engaged us for, we never share it or use it for any other client, and we delete it on request or when our engagement ends. Full terms are in our service agreement.
We keep your contact information for as long as you're a prospect or client, and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. If you opt out of text messages, we keep a record of that opt-out so we can continue to honor it.
We use reputable, industry-standard platforms and limit access to your information to those who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care with what you give us.
This site and our services are intended for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
